As a functional basic education system, Malvar Senior High School has its thrust on developing productive and responsible learners who are equipped with essential competencies, skills and values for lifelong learning and employment. This was the reason for the conduct of the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Skills and Training and Assessment for learners.
By adhering to the IATF protocol and guidelines on public health and safety, the institution made sure that the activity would be safe for both learners and their teachers. Since it is vital to the learners' holistic development, it was carefully planned and carried out.
Through this, it is expected that learners would be able to broaden their learning by applying the theories they learned on actual tasks or problems given to them. Moreover, it is a way of determining how adequately they have learned certain skills or processes and how ready they are once they set foot in the real world.
