Senior High School in Malvar now offers the convenience of online registration.
1. What to Expect in Online Registration:
YOU will fill out an online registration form taking 10-15 minutes, that includes information about you, household information and details about your previous school. Registration processing will be handled by the school and notifications will be sent via email as the registration moves through the approval process.
You must have an email address. If you do not have an email address, click here to create a gmail account.

2. Please have the following information/documents available before you begin Online Registration.
Documents - PSA Birth Certificate, latest report card (Form 138) in .pdf format
Household information - physical address, mailing address and phone numbers. Parent/Guardian information - contact numbers;
Student information - demographic information. Student name and date of birth should be entered exactly as it is on the birth certificate. Emergency contacts (2) - addresses and phone numbers; LRN (Learning Reference Number); Last School Year completed;
Prior school - School Name, address and School ID (only for returning learners "Balik Aral".
Track and Strand - What strand would you like to study? STEM? HUMSS? ABM?TVL-HE? TVL-ICT? TVL-AUTO? TVL-EIM?
3. How Online Registration Works?
Step 1. Fill out the necessary information in the registration link
Step 2. Once you have completed filling up the form, you will receive an EMAIL (very important) in your given email address.

The registrar will send you a notification once we receive your papers; and your done!

1. What are the eligibility for a student to take STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)?
Answer: To apply for STEM Strand, the student MUST met the following
a. GWA 85% and above in Mathematics b. GWA 85% and above in Science c. 86% and above percentile rank in STEM in NCAE
2. What is Early Registration?
The conduct of early registration is pursuant to DepEd Order (DO) No. 3, s. 2018, otherwise known as the “Basic Education Enrollment Policy,” aimed at consolidating the various issuances on enrollment, and institutionalizing a basic education enrollment process. www.deped.gov.ph
